>King’s Speech Comes Out A Fighter at Producer’s Guild Awards

At last week’s Golden Globes, The Social Network took home 4 honors and the Weinstein-backed King’s Speech, produced by Iain Canning, Emile Sherman and Gareth Unwin, stammered. However film’s star, Colin Firth, won the Best Actor award.

The Producer’s Guild Best Produced Film has coincided with the Academy Best Picture three times out of the past three years.
